• London Fox Control in Schools 28 December 2017 | View comments

  • Most schools in London have larger than average open spaces surrounded by heavily populated residential & commercial properties where foxes can not only easily scavenge food but find suitable lodgings under buildings, decking, sheds, empty properties or adjoining wasteland.

Foxes enjoy the open spaces as well as the security of confined spaces where they may be residing.

The most common complains that come from schools across London about urban foxes is that of persistent fouling, urination, digging of sports field, constant unsavoury rubbish & litter deposits, trying to enter buildings, coming into close proximity with pupils, harbouring under classrooms or getting into roof voids and chewing cables.
